Installing the beta

Beta apps are installed through TestFlight, Apple's free app for trying apps before they're in the App Store. Stuck at any step? Write to us and we'll help you set it up.

AugmentScan needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or newer (Settings → General → About shows yours).

1. On your iPhone, install TestFlight from the App Store.
2. Open the invitation email or link we sent you, on the same iPhone.
3. Tap Accept, then Install. AugmentScan appears on your Home Screen.

Beta versions expire after a while. TestFlight tells you when a new one is ready.

Scanning

• Camera: tap Scan with Camera, hold the paper in view, and tap Save when every page is in.
• Printer: tap Scan with Printer. Your iPhone and printer need to be on the same Wi-Fi. If the printer isn't found, allow Local Network for AugmentScan in the iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security.

Folders

• Papers are sorted into a folder for each sender. Tap ⋯ beside a folder to rename it.
• Press and hold a paper to Move to a folder or Copy to a folder.

Reminders

Due dates printed on your bills and letters, next to words like "Payment due", "Pay by", "Return by" or "Renew by", show on the Due soon tab, and on the Calendar. They're read exactly as printed. Tap Paid when one is taken care of.
